With the festive season in full swing the Argall team and their partners made their way out to a winey tour through the Yarra Valley for a well deserved Christmas celebration.

Beginning with a coffee and catch up the bus departed from the Argall office at 10am. The first stop of the day was Greenstone Vineyards, here the group started their day with a tasting of their traditional white and red wines. Our next stop was at Four Pillars Gin Distillery for a paddle tasting, and despite packing a punch the Bloody Shiraz Gin paired with a lemonade or soda water was the crowd favourite.

With lunchtime approaching and the team getting peckish the bus then stopped at Boat O’Craigo for lunch and of course more wine tasting. We were treated to a selection of the wineries best which paired well with platters full of local produce. For the main meal a range of delicious wood fired pizza’s were served, and washed down with the groups pick of the tastings. After lunch the team ventured off to the fourth and final stop for the day, Chandon Winery. Here we got a wine masterclass from the in house expert Brad, as he took us through the history and a tasting of their most popular sparkling wines. To end the day the team returned back to Andrew’s place to put their feet up and relax with another drink or two after a big day exploring the Yarra Valley.

It was great to get the team together to celebrate a year of achievements, and reflect on the progress we have made. Finally the Argall team would like to extend a huge thanks to our clients, contributors, and other partners for 2023, and we would like to wish you and your families a fun and safe seasonal period.

ANDREW GALL, Director

Argall was founded in 2017 by Andrew Gall, an engineer with a passion for complex design and breaking the mould. His work experience as a senior structural engineer across a variety of project disciplines made him realise there was a real need for a bespoke people and service-oriented structural engineering consultancy that would inspire sustainability practices and innovation often lacking in big companies.

This is over and above his experience in traditional procurement roles, his work with builders in the design and construct field, managing projects in sport, tertiary education, the arts and zoological fields, as well as community, commercial, residential and multi- residential enterprises. With such a wealth of knowledge and understanding of different design methodologies, he has the expertise to challenge the status quo in his new venture.
