At ARGALL promotions aren’t really about titles or tenure.
They’re about trust.
They reflect what a business values and the behaviors it wants to see more of — especially when things are busy or we are venturing into new horizons.
This year, I’m really pleased to recognize two well-earned promotions:
• Roy Casumpang, stepping into an Associate for Digital Delivery role, and
• Liam Omar, stepping into a Senior Engineer role
Both have consistently shown ownership, communicate clearly, and think beyond their own tasks to support the wider team. That kind of contribution makes a real difference.
With promotion comes more responsibility, but also more opportunity to shape how we work — not just what we deliver.
I’m genuinely excited about the year ahead. We’ve got strong foundations, calm leadership emerging across the team, people stepping up at every level and more team members joining the team later in January.
