Connecting the site to the neighboring post office and Telstra site posed challenges, as we navigated regulatory constraints and engaged in negotiations with stakeholders. Despite the difficulties, this has transformed the project into something unique. Other challenges included resolving stormwater drainage on an etremerly flat site. As well as needing to consult and resolve site protection works with neighbours due to tight sight constraints.
